Why codez.ro is now a build-in-public site

codez.ro stops selling a single service and becomes the place where I show what I’m building.

What I built

Codez.ro was meant to sell one service. Now it shows everything I’m working on instead: the projects, their real status, and notes like this one. I also moved it from my own server to Cloudflare Pages and gave it a new look.

What I learned

A site that sells one service and a site that shows who’s building it talk to different people. Keeping them separate makes both clearer.

What’s next

More notes, one per project milestone, and keeping the “Right now” panel honest.
